To qualify as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist, Microsoft partners must pass two
examinations. The first is a technical exam on a specific product or service the partner has
expertise in (eg Small Business Server). The second is a small business sales and marketing skills
assessment.
These partners are recognised for their ability to service small businesses and can be
identified by the Microsoft Small Business Specialist logo.

developing database systems using SQL Server and Access. Our clients range from sole traders through to
multi-national companies and government departments.

Ted Butler is our Managing Director and Chief Architect. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
and a Master of Systems Development. He has assisted Federal government departments and banks on large
statistical, financial and management information databases, and medium to small sized businesses on simple
to quite complex databases, office automation systems and custom software solutions.

Our name
No, it's not a mis-spelling. 'Tebet' is a contraction of the owners' names: Ted and Betty.
And 'Business Solutions' because we provide technology-based solutions to the problems of small to medium
sized businesses.
Our staff
Tebet Business Solution has a strong commitment to training its staff. All staff are required to attend
on-going training. And all of our development staff train with a view to completing relevant Microsoft
qualifications (eg Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Technical Specialist).
We appreciate the efforts of its staff and rewards them for a job well done. However, we demand high
standards and refuse to accept mediocrity or an "It's close enough" attitude.
